Banana;sliced (6 oz. each)
Directions
- Combine crushed graham crackers and reduced calorie margarine and pat into a 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 F. for 8 minutes.
- Mix ricotta cheese and milk until fairly smooth.
- Add pudding mix and stir with a wire whisk until well mixed.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Slice bananas over pudding.
- Spread pineapple over bananas. top with whipped topping if desired.
- Chill.
- EACH SERVING: 1 P, 1/4 M, 1 FRUIT, 1 BREAD, 1 FAT, 30 OPTIONALS.
- Hint: You may substitute 6 oz. of sliced strawberries in place of one of the bananas if you wish.
- By decorating the top with strawberries, it adds a lot of color to this dessert.
- This makes 4 servings which are quite large.
- If you make 8 servings out of the recipe, the counts are halved and you still will be able to satisfy your sweet tooth.
