Banana Split Cake Weight Watchers Recipe

Ingredients

Ricotta cheese;skim

Sugar free vanilla pudding or coconut pudding mix

Crushed pineapple

Banana;sliced (6 oz. each)

Directions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and reduced calorie margarine and pat into a 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 F. for 8 minutes.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese and milk until fairly smooth.
  3. Add pudding mix and stir with a wire whisk until well mixed.
  4. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Slice bananas over pudding.
  6. Spread pineapple over bananas. top with whipped topping if desired.
  7. Chill.
  8. EACH SERVING: 1 P, 1/4 M, 1 FRUIT, 1 BREAD, 1 FAT, 30 OPTIONALS.
  9. Hint: You may substitute 6 oz. of sliced strawberries in place of one of the bananas if you wish.
  10. By decorating the top with strawberries, it adds a lot of color to this dessert.
  11. This makes 4 servings which are quite large.
  12. If you make 8 servings out of the recipe, the counts are halved and you still will be able to satisfy your sweet tooth.
